Nanami Sato 

was born in Yokohama, Japan. She began her piano studies at Yamaha Music School at the age of four. She studied under Kyoko Nakajima, Miyoko Yamauchi,

After graduation from Kanagawa-sohgoh high school in the year 2008, she began "Bachelor of Music" degree with Barbara Martini and Prof. Konstanze Eickhorst at  Musikhochschule Lübeck (Germany) and holds "Master of Music" degree and "Certificate of Advanced Studies" with Prof. Sotraud Speidel at Hochschule für Musik Karlsruhe  (Germany).

In "XIV. International Juliusz Zarebski music competition in Warsaw (Poland), she won 1. prize and performed at winner's concerts in Lomianki and the Royal casle in Warsaw. In "5th International Online Competition for Pianists", she won 3. prize.   

She passed the audition for a soloist with orchestra at setouchi music festival 2018 in Japan and performed Beethoven piano concerto no. 3.

Nanami Sato has participated numerous national and international master classes by great musicians: Michel Béroff, Jerome Lowenthal, Gerald Fauth, Matthias Kirschnereit, Jörg Demus etc. She has given solo recitals in Yokohama and Tokyo and has appeared on stages in Germany and Japan, also as a chamber musician. Since 2016, she is a member of ICPA(International Certificate for Piano Artists) and performs in Brussels, Vilnius, Warsaw, Florida etc.

Since October 2018, she studies degree "Zertifikatstudienjahr" with Prof. Peter von Wienhardt at Musikhochschule Münster.
